Entry viewings can be scheduled for Sunday through Friday but not on Saturdays. If you wish to tour this house, a refundable $20 viewing appointment deposit is required. This payment can be made via telephone with a debit or credit card, via a secure emailed Payments Hub link, or by deposit into the property manager’s business checking account at Neighbors’ Federal Credit Union. The necessity of this policy is regretted but necessary due to widespread unaccountability of people who fail to keep appointments. This $20 payment can be applied to the application fee.
To lease this house you must first apply. Current, valid, picture identification is required. Criteria for approval are a) complete the application, b) tell the truth on the application, c) be without negative rental history and d), have monthly income of thrice the rent, or a qualified co-signer, or adequate, verifiable savings. Any submitted incomplete application will be declined without processing and the application fee will be forfeited by the applicant.
